All lifters must wear IPF Approved Equipment. Items that were approved in 2021 will be accepted.

The schedule will be published once entries have closed.

You may change your weight category until 19 September, provided your entry was received before the closing date. Please email your changes to meg@cf1610.co.za.

Visit the SA Powerlifting Federation’s website and follow the instructions. If you are not yet affiliated for 2022, you can affiliate for 2023 from the last week of September 2022.
